Submission: Digital Advertising Services Inquiry: Interim Report

The Hub has made a submission to the ACCC’s Digital Advertising Services Inquiry: Interim Report. This is a joint submission between the Allens Hub for Technology, Law and Innovation and the Australian Society for Computers & Laws. 

Our submission focuses on topics raised in the Interim Report on which our research can shed light and, in particular:

  1. the scope and focus of the inquiry;
  2. the analysis of issues at the intersection of competition and privacy; and
  3. international (trade and conflicts of laws) considerations that should be included in the analysis.
