Submission - Artificial Intelligence: Australia’s Ethics Framework

Hub research fellow Monika Zalnieriute, together with Olivia Gould-Fensom put together a submission in response to the Data 61 report on Artificial Intelligence: Australia’s Ethics Framework.
In this submission, the authors draw upon research conducted by the Allens Hub researchers to suggest how the proposed Ethical Framework could be improved. The submission focuses on the guidance that the rule of law offers for the future development and use of AI.
