Stream lead Rob Nicholls is appointed chair of meetings on interoperability of eConveyancing platforms

Dr Rob Nicholls, co-lead of the Hub's stream data as a source of market power, was appointed by the New South Wales Registrar General to chair a series of stakeholder meetings on interoperability of eConveyancing platforms. The work covered technology issues and regulatory challenges.

The stakeholders ranged from the major banks, the eConveyancing platform operators through the ACCC to registrars and state revenue offices. The NSW IPART also took part in the process. The task culminated in the presentation of the 230 page report to Victor Dominello, MP who is the NSW Minister for Customer Service.   The NSW report has not been released beyond stakeholders.
