Submission: The Rule of Law and Counter-Terrorism

The Hub has made a submission to the United Nations Human rights office of the high commissioner. The submission is to the Special Rapporteur on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms while Countering Terrorism, regarding the Thematic Report to GA76 on the Human Rights Dimensions of Technical Assistance and Capacity Building in the Counter-Terrorism and Countering / Preventing Violent Extremism Arenas.
The submission has been made by hub director Lyria Bennett Moses and lead of the Hubs AI and Law stream Monika Zalnieriute.
