Please join us on 10 August 2022 from 5pm - 7pm for a live panel discussion, led by Dr Katharine Kemp with Dr Philip Marsden and Allens partner Jacqueline Downes on the rise of regulation in digital markets.

The panel will discuss the impacts and implications of increasing regulation in national and global digital markets, with topics including:

• The intersection of competition, consumer and privacy regulation in the online environment

• Recent proposals for ex ante (upfront) regulation of digital platforms

• Online choice architecture, "dark patterns" and consumer protection

• Opportunities and risks from data portability
